The following was engrossed and enrolled, signed by the Speaker and            
Chief Clerk, President and Secretary of the Senate, and the engrossed          
and enrolled copies were transmitted to the Office of the Governor at          
11:00 a.m., May 19, 1995:                                                      
                                                                               
                                                                               
CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 9                                            
"An Act relating to recovery of damages from a parent, legal                  
guardian, or person having legal custody of a minor when property              
is destroyed by the minor, and to recovery from a minor's                      
permanent fund dividend for injury or damage caused by the                     
minor."

signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled
